When will my card arrive?

Expected dispatch is January 2027. This is an estimate. If it changes, we will contact you with an update.

Do I need an app?

No. A compatible phone can open your profile with a tap. The QR code is an alternative for phones that do not support NFC.

What is included?

Your silver metal card, digital profile, five links and access to the personal portal. Phone and email actions do not use your link allowance. UK delivery is free for pre-orders.

Can I change my details later?

Yes. Edit and publish your profile from the portal. Your card continues to use the same address.

Can I add more links?

An optional £9 one-off upgrade increases your allowance from five to ten links. It is available from the Links tab in your portal.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Contact support@introcard.co.uk. You can find the cancellation and return details in our refund policy.
